More Christmas Trivia
Ten percent of American households leave
milk and cookies for Santa Claus. More than three billion
Christmas cards are sent annually in the United States.
Nearly
one in four people said they have more headaches during
the Christmas season than any other time of the
year.

Spirit of Christmas - Until one feels the
spirit of Christmas, there is no Christmas. All else is
outward display--so much tinsel and decorations. For it
isn't the holly, it isn't the snow. It isn't the tree not
the firelight's glow. It's the warmth that comes to the
hearts of men when the Christmas spirit returns again.

Christmas Trivia
Only 9 minutes are spent by the average parent
playing with his or her children on Christmas morning.
Christmas
trees are edible. Many parts of pines, spruces, and firs
can be eaten. The needles are a good source of vitamin
C. Pine nuts, or pine cones, are also a good source of
nutrition.
More diamonds are purchased at Christmas-time
(31 percent) than during any other holiday or occasion
during the year.
The term XMAS started with the Greeks. "X" is
the first letter in the Greek word for Christ: Xristos.

tension and you get a headache, do what it says on the
aspirin bottle: "Take

But remember: Be nice to your kids. They

TREES A CROWD
Where is the best place to put your Christmas
tree?
After your Christmas one and your Christmas
two.
I BELIEVE IN SANTA
Just before Christmas, an honest politician,
a generous lawyer, and Santa Claus were riding in the
elevator
of a very posh hotel. Just before the doors opened
they all noticed a $20 bill lying on the floor. Which
one picked it up? Santa of course, because the other
two don't exist!
SUNDAY SANTA
A little boy returned
from Sunday School with a new perspective on the Christmas
story. He had
learned all about the Wise Men from the East who brought
gifts to the Baby Jesus. He was so excited he just had
to tell his parents: "I learned
in Sunday School today all about the very first Christmas!
There wasn't a Santa Claus way back then, so these three
skinny guys on camels had to deliver all the toys!" And
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer with his nose so bright
wasn't there yet, so they had to have this big spotlight
in the sky to find their way around."

iTunes Stays
On Top - Apple has
proven the theory that the first one out stays
ahead when it comes to the iTunes
Music Store. It sold one million songs in the first
week and also spurred a number of other internet music stores
to open, but iTunes was the first one and has stayed ahead
of all the others. This is a fascinating feat since only
3 percent of computer users own a Mac. So how does Apple
do it? Perhaps it is Apple's incredible ad campaigns that
keep iTunes on the top, not to mention ease of use and the
iPod. - from TechNewsWorld
