PEANUTS!

A doctor at an insane asylum, decided to take his inmates to a baseball game. For weeks in advance, he coached his patients to respond to his commands.

When the day of the game arrived, everything seemed to be going well. As the national anthem started, the doctor yelled, "Up nuts!" And the inmates complied by standing up.

After the anthem he yelled, "Down Nuts!" And they all sat. After a home run he yelled, "Cheer nuts!" And they all broke into applause and cheers.

Thinking things were going very well, he decided to go get a beer and a hot-dog, leaving his assistant in charge. When he returned there was a riot in progress. Finding his assistant, he asked what happened.

The assistant replied, "Well...everything was fine until some guy walked by and yelled, 'PEANUTS!'"

Home Sweet Home

Home is where you can say anything you like 'cause nobody listens to you anyway.

Bacon Tree

A man and his three friends were moseying along somewhere in the American midwest when one of them says

"Hey, that looks like a bacon tree over there"

They talked about it and decided it was.

The first one said "Well, I really fancy a bacon sandwich, so I'm going over there, I'll see you shortly" and off he goes on his horse.

A couple of hours pass and the two remaining friends are getting worried, because that tree wasn't very far away, when their friend comes staggering back into sight, his hat full of arrows.

"What happened!!!" they cried.

"It wasn't a bacon tree after all", he said "It was a hambush"

I earn a seven-figure salary. Unfortunately, there's a decimal point involved.

Office Rules

1. In any organization, there will always be one person who knows what is going on. This person must be fired.

2. a. Anyone can make a decision given enough facts.

b. A good manager can make a decision without enough facts.

c. A perfect manager can operate in perfect ignorance.

3. The one time in the day that you lean back and relax is the one time the boss walks in your office.

4. Teamwork is essential. It allows you to blame someone else.

5. An easily-understood, workable falsehood is more useful than a complex, incomprehensible truth.

6. If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs, then you just don't understand the problem.

7. The secret of success is sincerity. Once you can fake that you've got it made.

8. Anything is possible if you don't know what you're talking about.

9. If you have a difficult task, give it to a lazy man - he will find an easier way to do it.

Checkout Time

I gave my son a hint. On his room door I put a sign: "CHECKOUT TIME IS 18"

Lobsters and Asians

Q: What do a lobster and an Asian run over by a steam roller
have in common?

A: They're both "crushed-asians"

Argh, That Woman!!!

The clerk asked me, "Cash, check or charge?" after ringing up my purchase.

As I fumbled through my wallet, she noticed a remote control for a television set in my purse.

"Do you always carry your TV remote?" she asked.

"No," I replied. "But my husband refused to come shopping with me, so I figured this was the meanest I could do to him!"

Car Talk

What did the Chevy sat to the Ford?

Would you like a tow home?

Boss

A man entered a pet shop, wanting to buy a parrot. The shop owner pointed out three identical parrots on a perch and said, "The parrot to the left costs 500 dollars."

"Why does that parrot cost so much?" the man wondered.

The owner replied, "Well, it knows how to use a computer."

The man asked about the next parrot on the perch.

"That one costs 1,000 dollars because it can do everything the other parrot can do, plus it knows how to use the UNIX operating system." Naturally, the startled customer asked about the third parrot.

"That one costs 2,000 dollars."

"And what does that one do?" the man asked.

The owner replied, "To be honest, I've never seen him do a thing, but the other two call him boss!"

What is a Dog?

They follow you around with their tongues out.

They only respond to simple commands.

Their needs are basic and predictable.

They whine when their needs are not met.

They always need to have something in their mouth.

They scratch a lot and sometimes drool.

They make loud noises and sometimes smell bad.

They need to be trained.

You can always tell when one has lived in a house for a long time.

They're rude and rowdy, especially when they're with others like them.

Conclusion: They're little men in fuzzy boxes.
