Talkative Public Bathroom
Leaving Minnesota for Colorado, I decide to make a stop at one of those
rest areas on the side of the road. I go in the washroom. The first stall
was taken so I went in the second stall. I just sat down when I hear a voice
from the next stall...
"Hi there, how is it going?"
Okay, I am not the type to strike conversations with strangers in washrooms
on the side of the road. I didn't know what to say so finally I say:
"Not bad..."
Then the voice says: "So, what are you doing?"
I am starting to find that a bit weird, but I say: "Well, I'm going
back to Colorado..."
Then I hear the person say all flustered: "Look I'll call you back,
every time I ask you a question this idiot in the next stall keeps answering
me."
Three Kinds
There are three kinds of rings: The engagement ring, the
wedding ring, and the suffeRing!
SURPRISE!
An Italian, a Scotsman and a Chinese fellow are hired at a construction
site.
The foreman points out a huge pile of sand and says to the Italian guy,
"You're in charge of sweeping."
To the Scotsman he says, "You're in charge of shoveling."
And to the Chinese guy, "You're in charge of supplies."
He then says, "Now, I have to leave for a little while. I expect you guys
to make a dent in that there pile."
So the foreman goes away for a couple hours and when he returns, the pile
of sand is untouched.
He asks the Italian, "Why didn't you sweep any of it?"
The Italian replies, "I no hava no broom. You saida to the Chinese a fella
that he a wasa in a charge of supplies, but he hasa disappeared and I no
coulda finda him nowhere."
Then the foreman turns to the Scotsman and says, "And you, I thought I told
you to shovel this pile."
The Scotsman replies, 'Aye, ye did lad, boot ah couldnay get meself a shoovel!
Ye left th' Chinese gadgie in chairge of supplies, boot ah couldnayfin' him
either.'
The foreman is really angry now and storms off toward the pile of sand to
look for the Chinese guy...Just then, the Chinese guy leaps out from behind
the pile of sand and yells..."SUPPLIES!!"
Of Elephants And Marshmallows
Why did the elephant stand on the marshmallow?
Because he didn't want to

New Processors Pump Up iMac - Apple's recent
upgrade to its iMac is proving to speed it up. The old processor was changed
to a G5 processor and performance has been pumped up to the max. Apple also
pumped up the eMac with an upgrade to the G4 chip, greatly improving its
performance. Both machines are running super smoothly thanks to the upgrades
and Tiger, the newest Apple operating system. -

Billboards Banned In Space - The
Federal Aviation Association is fighting to get billboards banned from ever
being put in space. Billboards, they say, would have to be so big that they
would be able to be seen with the naked eye, thus polluting our pure view
of the sky from Earth. Advertisements as such could greatly hinder astronomers,
they say, though the Association really does not have the authority to enforce
such a statute. - from Excite

An Honest Job Evaluation?
Bob Smith, my assistant programmer, can always be found
working hard in his cubicle. Bob works independently, without
wasting company time talking to colleagues. Bob never
thinks twice about assisting fellow employees, and he always
finishes given assignments on time. Often Bob takes extended
measures to complete his work, sometimes skipping coffee
breaks. Bob is a dedicated individual who has absolutely no
vanity in spite of his high accomplishments and profound
knowledge in his field. I firmly believe that Bob can be
classed as a high-caliber employee, the type which cannot be
dispensed with. Consequently, I duly recommend that Bob be
promoted to executive management, and a proposal will be
executed as soon as possible.

you earlier today. Kindly read only the odd numbered lines (1, 3, 5, 7,...)
for my true assessment of him.
Clocks
Why shouldn't you tell a secret around a clock?
Because time will tell!
Parking
I pulled into a crowded parking lot and rolled down the car windows to make
sure my Labrador retriever had fresh air. She was stretched out on the back
seat, and I wanted to impress upon her that she must remain there. I walked
to the curb backward, pointing my finger at the car and saying
emphatically, "Now you stay. Do you hear me? Stay!"
The driver of a nearby car gave me a startled look. "I don't know about
you, lady," he said incredulously. "But I usually just put my car
in park."

I gotta pee! Just one?
But I'm not even tired!! Restless? Bored? Need a nap? So why doesn't Congress
declare this "fine" Monday National Nap Day? Or at least,

find itself blocked by a filibuster. So whilst we wait for a way to

The Art Collector
A famous art collector is walking through the city when
he notices a mangy cat lapping milk from a saucer in
the doorway of a store. He does a double take.
He knows that the saucer is extremely old and very valuable,
so he walks casually into the store and offers to buy
the cat for two dollars.
The store owner replies, "I'm sorry, but the cat
isn't for sale."
The collector says, "Please, I need a hungry cat
around the house to catch mice. I'll pay you 20 dollars
for that cat."
And the owner says "Sold," and hands over
the cat.
The collector continues, "Hey, for the twenty bucks
I wonder if you could throw in that old saucer. The cat's
used to it and it'll save me from having to get a dish."
The owner says, "Sorry buddy, but that's my lucky
saucer. So far this week I've sold sixty-eight cats."
