SAY CHEESE
What's the longest word in the
dictionary?
Smiles.
Why?
Because there's a mile between the first
and last letters.
CRAZY CLONE
There are 2 clones,
one of the clones is real nice and well mannered, while
the other one is real nasty
and mean and always says bad words. So one day the 'good'
clone pushes the 'bad' clone off the roof of a building.
The next day the police come to his house and arrest
him
for making an "obscene clone fall"!
NON PROFIT ATHEISM Q: Why is atheism
a non-profit religion?
A: They have no prophets!
PAY THE PRICE
A man walks into a
bar and says, "Excuse
me, I'd like a pint of beer."
The bartender serves
the drink and says, "That'll
be four dollars."
The customer pulls
out a twenty-dollar bill and hands it to the bartender. "Sorry, sir," the
bartender says, "but I can't accept that."
The
man pulls out a ten-dollar bill and the bartender rejects
his money again.
"What's going on here?" the
man asks. Pointing to a neon sign, the bartender explains, "This
is a Singles Bar."

Double The Fun - New DVD drives that are
soon to be released will deal double the DVD burning fun!
They
will store twice the data per DVD than current DVD burners
do. Double doses of data storage will be possible because
the DVDs will store data in two different layers. The discs
may take a little longer to burn, but that adds up to a
whopping 8.5 gigabytes per DVD! The new burners will still
be able to burn regular DVDs and CDs as well. - from Excite
Computer Miscount - A computer which keeps
track of High School attendance accidentally counted all
students absent this week. Through an automated system
the computer began calling student's places of residence
reporting that they were not in school. The calls continued
until every student had been reported absent. It is believed
that some kind of bug caused the computer glitch, and the
school secretary has arranged for a software specialist
to search it out. - from cnews

REVENGE OF
THE BLONDES
Q: Why are
there so many blonde jokes one-liners?
A: So brunettes can remember them.
Q: What do
brunettes miss most about a great party?
A: The invitation.
Q: What do
you call a good-looking man with a brunette?
A: A hostage.
Q: What is
black and blue and brown, and lying in a ditch?
A: A brunette who has told too many blonde jokes.
JAM OUT, ADAM

Why do ants dance on jam
jars?
Because the jar says "twist

HELISOFT
A helicopter was flying
around above Seattle when an electrical malfunction disabled
all of
the aircraft's electronic
navigation and communications equipment. Due to the clouds
and haze, the pilot could not determine the helicopter's
position. The pilot saw a tall building,
flew toward it, circled, and held up a handwritten sign
that said "WHERE AM I?" in large letters.
People
in the tall building quickly responded to the aircraft,
drew a large sign, and held it in a building window. Their
sign said "YOU ARE IN A HELICOPTER." The pilot
smiled, waved, looked at his map, determined the course
to steer to SEATAC airport, and landed safely.
After they were on the ground, the copilot asked the pilot
how he had done it.
"I knew it had
to be the Microsoft Building, because they gave me a
technically correct but completely
useless answer."

Jobs Jump Starts Apple - Apple has benefited
from being reconnected with it's Chief Executive Officer,
Steve Jobs. He is so intricately entwined with the company
that some suggest to buy Apple products is to buy a piece
of Jobs. This jump start comes at an opportune time, when
the computer world is becoming digitally dominated. Apple
is appealing more and more to the masses as they become
comfortable using all computers, and Jobs' company may
get more than a foothold in the big business door. -

Digital Dieting -
Shopping, communication and research have become uncannily
convenient over the internet. And now, so has dieting.
Many citizens are turning to the convenience of their computers,
signing up online to drop the pounds through digital diet
plans. Diet centers are discovering that they can reach
loads more people when they can log on to lose the weight.
Cyber diet centers are also cheaper than face-to-face counseling
and offer menus, food logs, and support groups through
chats. - from Excite
iPod Gets Personal -
Apple's classy iPod can be found all over New York's classified
ads. The iPod has been spotted throughout the
personal ads, proving it to be a prominent part of people's
lives. iPods are offered up
in exchange for services, and even in exchange for dates!
Some even list iPods as a prerequisite before going out
with someone. So it is clear according to the classifieds
that Apple's iPod has become a big part of the big Apple.
