UNLEADED, PLEASE
A woman at a gas station noticed
a spaceship landing in front of her. An alien stepped
out of the spaceship and
started to pump gas into it. The woman noticed the letters
''U.F.O.'' printed on the side of the ship. She turned
to
the alien and asked ''Does U.F.O. stand for Unidentified

Consistent
Apple Care
- The ACSI, a group that monitors customer satisfaction,
has shown that Apple came through as the second-highest
company in the computer category. Results revealed that
Apple came up only one point behind Dell. Apple has always
fallen within five points of Dell, but has never taken the
top spot. Customer service has remained consistent with
Apple, however, as the point value they received this year
equals the point value determined upon their first evaluation
nine years ago. - from MacObserver
Beatles: From
TV To DVD - Billboard has found that the Fab Four
will be favored on
a four-hour collection which will feature their performances
on The Ed Sullivan Show. For the first time ever, all twenty
of the Beatles' Sullivan performances will be together on
one pair of DVDs. The revolution of the DVDs will reveal
the revolutionary stage shows which broadened the boundaries
of Beatlemania. The band's faces will grace us once again
on "The Ed Sullivan Show Featuring the Beatles."

JOB APPLICATION
Two young engineers applied for a
single position at a computer company. They both had the
same qualifications. In order to determine which individual
to hire, the applicants were asked to take a test by the
department manager.
Upon completion of the test, both
men had each missed only one of the questions. The manager
went to the first applicant and said, ''Thank you for your
interest, but we've decided to give the job to the other
applicant.''
"And why would you be doing
that? We both got nine questions correct," asked the
rejected applicant. "
We have based our decision not on
the correct answers, but on the question you missed,"
said the department manager.
"And just how would one incorrect
answer be better than the other?" the rejected applicant
inquired.
''Simple,'' said the department manager,
''Your fellow applicant put down on question #5, 'I don't
know.' You put down, 'Neither do I.'''
