Little Johnny, and his grandfather entered the vacation cabin, and kept
the lights off until they were inside to keep from attracting pesky insects.
Still, a few fireflies followed them in. Noticing them before his grandfather
did, Little Johnny whispered, "It's no use, Grandpa. The mosquitoes
are coming after us with flashlights."

Before you take off, the stewardess tells you to fasten your Velcro.

When they pull the steps away, the plane starts rocking.
The Captain yells at the ground crew to get the cows off the runway.
You ask the Captain how often their planes crash and he says, "Just

Uncaging The Tiger -
Apple is making preparations to release its latest greatest operating system,
Tiger, which is said to be ahead of Longhorn by leaps and bounds. The newest
Mac OS may be available in Apple stores as well as the stores of resellers
as soon as April 15th. Before Apple lets the Tiger out of the bag, there
should be an announcement of the event earlier in April. Apple has confirmed
its release sometime in the beginning of 2005. -

Apple May Broaden Music Monopoly -
Rumors are running rampant that Apple may be purchasing other online music
companies in order to start subscription services. HipSolve media is the
company of hearsay, to which Apple has supposedly made an offer. If Apple
were to acquire such a service, it may broaden its horizons with Windows
customers. iTunes, however, has made such a popular household name for itself
that it seems Apple could not run music programs under any other name. -

Paying With Fingerprints -
For those who hate waiting in line at the grocery store, their day has finally
come! Stores in Germany have begun scanning customers' fingerprints for payment,
cutting down on scrambling for change in line. Customers simply register
allowing the computer to learn their identity and bank information for comparison
when scanning. The system works so slick that it is being promoted from a
pilot program to a permanent fixture. - from Excite

George and Moses
George W. Bush, in an airport lobby, noticed a man in a long flowing
white robe with a long flowing white beard and flowing white hair. The
man had a staff in one hand and some stone tablets under the other arm.
George W. approached the man and inquired, "Aren't you Moses?"
The man ignored George W. and stared at the ceiling.
George W. positioned himself more directly in the man's view and asked
again, "Aren't you Moses?"
The man continued to peruse the ceiling.
George W. tugged at the man's sleeve and asked once again, "Aren't
you
Moses."
The man finally responded in an irritated voice, "Yes I am."
George W. asked him why he was so uppity and the man replied, "The
last time a bush spoke to me I ended up spending forty years in the wilderness."

Pop Culture Meets iPod -
Apple's iPod is turning what used to be the doldrums of every day life into
a full-time song of surround sound. It has become clear that the popularity
of the iPod has more than caught on. In fact, it has become larger than life
compared to its predecessor, the walkman. White ear buds are capping the
music wave all over the world with the best of both the music and technology
worlds. - from College

Researchers Rave About Apple -
Science researchers have named Apple as one of their favorite companies to
aid them in their research. Not only are the researchers impressed with Apple,
but they often hear complimentary comments from customers too. XServe has
played a huge role in the success of Apple in the sciences, but perhaps the
most influential impact has been from the use of the Mac operating system.

Discussion Of Digital IDs -
As a way to deter identity theft, experts are discussing the idea of digital
identities. Sales on the internet are declining due to a lack of trust from
identity theft, and digital identities would be one possible way to gain
the trust of the public back again. There are some drawbacks, however. For
example, if digital identities were to take over personal passwords, the
question would become where to store all the information. -

Ferry Boy
Every morning a man drives to the dock, and every morning
the man takes the ferry to work. One morning, he wakes
up, and has no electricity. He has no idea what time
it is, but assumes he's late since he has a tendency
to sleep late anyway. So he slams down some breakfast,
hauls butt to the dock, sees the ferry ten feet from
the dock, and takes a running leap. He barely makes it,
skidding across the deck of the boat, and hurting himself
quite badly.
"You know," said the captain, "in another
minute we would have docked."
